Polished bars:

• diameter Ø 20 - 32,0 mm
• length 2,0 – 4,0 m
• roughness Ra ≤ 2.5 mkm
• quality grade h9, h10 (k9, k10)

Hot-rolled bars, turned:

• diameter Ø 20 - 55 mm
• length 3,0 – 5,0 м
• roughness Rz ≤ 40 mkm

Forged bars, turned:

• diameter Ø 60 - 275 mm
• length 2,5 – 5,0 m
• roughness Rz ≤ 80 mkm.

The bars are delivered after solid solution treatment followed by mechanical treatment.

Chemical composition, deviation of chemical composition, shape and dimensions, mechanical properties, grain sizes are under AMS 5662 and/or special requirements agreed by a buyer and the seller.

Ultrasonic control is under SEP 1920 class C/c for bars with diameter up to 100 mm and under SEP 1921 class D/d for bars with diameter over 100 mm

Quality certificate is according to the requirements of EN 10204 3.1B and ASTM 5662.
