Polished bars:

• quality grade h9, h10 (k9, k10)

Hot-rolled bars, turned:

• diameter Ø 12 - 55 mm
• length 2,5 – 4,0 м
• roughness Rz ≤ 40 mkm

Forged bars, turned:

• diameter Ø 60 - 250 mm
• length 2,0 – 4,0 m
• roughness Rz ≤ 80 mkm.

Chemical composition, deviation of chemical composition, shape and dimensions, mechanical properties and other technical requirements are under DIN EN 10302-2008 and/or special requirements agreed by a buyer and the seller.

The bars are delivered after solid solution treatment.

Where necessary controls of nonmetallic inclusion content and austenite grain are carried out under ASTM E45 and ASTM E112 respectively.

Ultrasonic control is under SEP 1920 class C/c for bars with diameter up to 100 mm and under SEP 1921 class D/d for bars with diameter over 100 mm

Quality certificate is according to the requirements of EN 10204 3.1B and ASTM B348.
